How do I reset my password/issues logging in?
If you've forgotten your password or need to reset it, simply select 'Forgot password' on the login page using the email address you signed up with and you'll be sent you a password reset code.
You will then be able to reset your password on the page you were logging into.Haven't received the password reset link?
- Make sure you're trying to log in to the right account. You may have a Zip Money or Zip Pay account, so you might be at the wrong sign in step. Please go to https://account.zipmoney.com.au and select the right account.
- Check your junk/spam folders for the email.
- If you have unsubscribed from our emails then you may not be able to receive the password reset link. Please check your email settings and go into your 'unsubscribe list' and remove us from that link. The email will come from email@example.com.
- Download the App from the app store, and try to login there.

Hint: unsure what the email address is that is associated with your Zip account? Check your inbox, we certainly sent you an email when you created the account with us. Simply search for it and hopefully it'll show a result.
