During the application process, our algorithm and decision technology will automatically identify the maximum limit we can provide with the information provided by you.

Zip Pay: Our maximum limit is $1000. If you are approved for a lower limit you may be eligible for an account limit increase after you have been using your account for a while and shown great account conduct. More info can be found here.

Zip Money: You may be eligible for a limit increase only once you've been using your account for at least 6 months and have a history of successful repayments.
If you simply applied for the wrong amount then please get in touch so we can look further into this for you.  

To increase your chances of being eligible, ensure your payments are made on time and we will let you know in your wallet or the app once you are eligible to apply. Please check the "Account Limit Increase" tab in your Digital Wallet from time to time for an update.
