How do I change my phone number and email address
We have released a limited access trial, so some of you are now able to update your details in the App or the web wallet. To check if you are part of the trial, please go to
- App: Settings (bottom menu) > Personal details
- Web Wallet: Click(top left corner) > Personal information
Click on the pen next to your email/phone number and follow the prompts.
If you are not part of the trial, in order to update your personal details unfortunately we ask you to call our Customer Care team on: (02) 8294 2345. We are working on a solution to have all of you to change your details in your wallet, which will be released later this year.
The sad reason why we are asking you to go through all these hoops is because of the risk of account takeovers, and we want to make sure that your Zip account is and remains save.
