My account is Exclusive?
Sometimes when checking out with Zip, you might experience the following message:
Your account is exclusive to merchant XYZ.
If your account is exclusive, this means that you are only able to make purchases at the merchant you initially signed up with. This is often the case when the credit limits available through these merchants are higher than what is offered for a regular Zip account.
You may be eligible to have your account unlocked for general use. You will be assessed for a new limit which you will be able to use at any Zip retailer.
